This stunning architectural home is one of our most exciting upcoming builds—set on a vast, sloping site with multiple levels. The complexity of the terrain presents a rewarding challenge, and we’ve worked closely with the design team to deliver a home that not only complements the contours of the land but also makes a strong design statement.

The home features a dynamic, contemporary façade with curved rooflines, bold structural forms, and an elegant combination of textures including concrete, stone, timber-look cladding, and expansive glazing. Internally, the split-level layout is designed to maximise space, light, and views, with large open-plan living zones, high ceilings, and seamless transitions to outdoor entertaining areas.

Also included is a striking detached secondary dwelling with matching architectural detailing—perfect for extended family living.
